How to request free meals
If you or someone you know is in need of a home-cooked Thanksgiving meal this holiday season, please fill out and submit a request form. Feel free to fill one out on behalf of another person or family that you know of, as long as you provide the appropriate contact information on your form.
In-person request forms can be filled out and submitted at either of our business locations (Carr's Family Restaurant or Dan's store in Steep Falls).
